We tried to replicate the issue and we cannot.
Can you send us a system report:
- In the WordPress Admin:
- Go to Media Cloud -> Features
- Turn on Debugging and click Save
- Go to Media Cloud -> Debug Log
- Click on Generate System Report
- Email the report to me: email@example.com
Also, with debugging turned on, try the crop again. If it fails, go back to the Debug Log and click Export CSV. Email me the CSV file too.
